FAQS Candles.

Q: Are your candle containers flammable?

A: No, our candle containers aren't toxic or flammable. We treat our candles with earth safe varnish in and out for a safe clean burn.

Q: What type of wax do you use for your candles?

A: We use coconut soy wax blend for our candles. We are continuously adding new candles and if the candle has a different wax it will be listed in the description.

Q: Are you candles handmade?

A: Yes, our candles are handmade.

Q: How long is your candles burn time?

A: Our 8oz candle burn time is up to 24hours and 10oz is up to 48hours in 3-4 hour increments.

FAQS Body Care.

Q: Are your products good for sensitive skin?

A: Yes, our products are good for sensitive skin. We use vegan and "clean" fragrances that are free from parabens and phthalates.

Q: Are your products animal cruelty free?

A: Yes, our products are cruelty free.

Q: Can I use your body care while pregnant?

A: Yes, you can as our body care doesn't contain benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, and hydroquinone or other harsh chemicals. Always consult with your physician before trying a new product.

Q: Do your body butters help with eczema?

A: Yes our body butter help with dry skin and eczema.

Q: How often should I exfoliate?

A: You should exfoliate at least once or twice a week.

Q: Does your bar soap have lye in it?

A: Yes our bars are "made" with lye. After lye and oils goes though the process called saponification it creates soap. After this process is complete there is no leftover lye in the soap. That's why our bar soaps take 4-6 weeks to cure when made.

Shipping FAQS

Q: How long do I have to report broken, melted, or damaged goods?

A: You have 48 hours to report broken, melted or damaged goods due to shipping. After that time frame we are no longer liable for broken, melted or damaged items due to shipping. Please follow up with shipment carrier to file insurance claim.

Refund & Return FAQS

Q: Can I return body care or soaps?

A: All body care product sales are final. We will not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for our bar soap, body wash, body oil, body scrubs, or any items made to be used on the body. Due to the personal nature of the product. Please be sure to fully read ingredient list before making your purchase.

Q: Can I return a candle or wax melts?

A: Yes you can return or exchange candles or wax melts as long as they are in the same condition they were in when purchased, unopened and unused and undamaged. You have 14 days from purchase date to be eligible for a return or exchange. For full details check out out refund and return policy page.
