• Cleaning must be completed or a $50 cleaning fee will be applied

Do I need a reservation?

Yes. All workshop experiences require a reservation. This allows us to prepare your materials and ensure the best experience possible.

Can I walk in without a booking?

We do not guarantee walk-in availability. Reservations are strongly recommended and are the only way to secure your spot.

How do I book my experience?

How long does each workshop take?

Most experiences take between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on what you create.

What happens if I arrive late?

We recommend arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience to avoid disrupting other guests.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

All bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

What happens if I don't show up?

No-shows will forfeit their booking. We are unable to offer refunds or reschedules for missed appointments.

Do I get to take my product home the same day?

Perfume, body scrub, and soap can go home with you the same day. Candles may require time to set — if so, we will provide pickup instructions.

Can I host a private event or party?

Yes. We offer private bookings for birthdays, bachelorette parties, team events, and more. Contact us to reserve your date.

How many people can you accommodate?

We can host both small and medium-sized groups. For larger groups or private events, please reach out in advance.

Is there an age requirement?

Workshops are suitable for most ages. Children may require adult supervision depending on the experience.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing is recommended. This is a hands-on experience.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our products are made with clean, non-toxic, plant-based ingredients. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please let us know before your appointment.

Because each product is custom-made, we do not offer refunds based on preference. Our team will guide you throughout the process to ensure you love your final product.

Will photos or videos be taken during workshops?

We may capture photos or videos for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please let a team member know when you arrive.
